    Abstract: The decorative border comprises an elongated strip of flexible material. An external reinforcing member engages the front face of the strip and elongated fastening members attach the reinforcing member and the strip to the corner of a wall. Pockets may be provided along the length of the strip and reinforcing slats placed therein. The border has two panels which are sewn together and can be reversed to create different decorative effects.
