Abstract: The present invention is directed to a method making an insulated wall panel, used in glazing, having two plates that define an internal space. In one of the plates a hole is drilled to form a receiving aperture into which a permeable capsule is inserted. The permeable capsule releases excess vapors from the internal space with unidirectional effect. The panel can then be mounted in situ and the permeable capsule is left in place to provide for the ongoing evacuation of excess vapors from the internal space.
