Abstract: The binder comprises two faces, a back and two flaps respectively extending from a face and adapted to be folded to close the binder, an external envelope of transparent plastic material, a ring mechanism fixed inside the back, and a magnetic closure arranged on the flaps, this magnetic closure being constituted by a magnet positioned in a housing of the plastic envelope defining a flap, and a metallic plate positioned in a housing of the envelope defining the second flap with the plate and the first magnet having identical dimensions and are placed so that their perimeters coincide to be applied one against the other.

Abstract: A binder with two ring systems, of a type comprising a base supporting at least two rings, is provided herein. The binder includes a cover having two boards joined together by a spine, one of the boards taking a first ring system immediately adjacent to the spine, and the other board taking a second ring system parallel to the first and adjacent to an edge of the latter board opposite the spine. The binder also includes at least one component for the releasable fixing of one ring system. The at least one component includes a rectangular plastic plate having on each of its longitudinal edges and on one of its transverse edges at least one clamp forming a slide into which the base can be slid, and an overlay molded with the plate and hinged thereto by a strip, the length of the overlay being approximately equal to the distance between two consecutive rings so that the overlay can be inserted with a snap action between the latter to immobilize the plate.

Abstract: A box file is provided herein including two rigid or semirigid panels or boards connected by a spine that is likewise rigid or semirigid. The boards include a lower board which forms the back of the box file. The lower board includes, at least along one side, a rigid wall of approximately the same thickness as the spine, and, along the edge opposite the spine, a hinged flap to close the file, of the same thickness as the spine. The wall is hinged to the back, and connected at each end to locking parts that lock the wall at 90° to the back in a storage position of the file, and allow the wall to be pivoted down flat to form an extension of the back when the file is opened out for consultation of documents.

Abstract: A binder for computer print out paper fits into a standard sized file cabinet. It comprises a series of hinged together panels, two opposite ones of which hold along one edge a pair of rings retained in aligned slots. The rings are capable of movement in two different directions, and such rings hold the paper within the binders.
