  • Patent number: PP7271
Abstract: A new ivy geranium showing many favorable new traits that have been lacking in the ivy geraniums currently seen on the market. The variety has proven to be very heat tolerant both indoors and out. The vegetative growth is not as affected by high temperatures and the bloom burns less than is typical of this dark red color. The plant body is much stronger and fuller in habit, when compared to Yale, the current market ivy geranium in this color class. Cuttings are more readily available and root much faster than the current varieties. The deep, rich red color of the semi-double bloom appear velvet-like atop medium green foliage creating a full yet attractive hanging basket.

  • Patent number: PP7353
Abstract: A new ivy Geranium having many distinctive qualities that places it far ahead of the current market ivy varieties. The single red florets that accent the medium green foliage are less likely to show signs of petal burn. The plant habit and form is much more compact which creates a better cutting producer as well as creating a uniform plant. It stands up well outdoors in very high temperatures and is self-cleaning.

  • Patent number: PP7358
Abstract: A new variety of Ivy Geranium having proven to be superior in plant habit, bloom color and heat tolerance than Galilee, the current market Ivy Geranium now available. The new variety also has smaller darker leaves and earlier bloom than Galilee. The medium green foliage is accented with a darker green zone. The clear, clean pink has less tendency to burn or shatter. This combination creates a full, beautiful hanging basket.
