    Abstract: An aqueous emulsion of a water insoluble liquid and a water insoluble solid is prepared by first forming a high viscosity emulsion of the liquid in water and then slowly adding the solid to the emulsion with low speed agitation, thereby forming a concentrated co-emulsion which can be diluted to the desired activity.
