Abstract: An intra prediction mode encoding and decoding method, an image decoding device, and an image encoding device operate by deriving most probable modes (MPMs) from surrounding prediction units adjacent to a current prediction unit and deriving an intra prediction mode of the current prediction unit on the basis of an MPM flag indicating whether an MPM having the same prediction mode as the intra prediction mode of the current prediction unit exists among the derived MPMs.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an electronic caddie-type golf assistance system and, more particularly, to an electronic caddie-type golf assistance system based on weather information calculated by inputting weather measurements into high-precision weather modeling. The golf assistance system according to the present invention comprises: a weather information acquisition device for acquiring weather information of a golf course; a wind information restoration device which models the weather information acquired by the weather information acquisition device to restore wind information; and an electronic caddie device for providing caddie information on the basis of the restored wind information. The golf assistance system according to the present invention may improve golfing performance by providing local-scale 3D wind information of a golf course.

The location-based service method according to the present invention, using the image data provided using a terminal equipped with a camera and the location data including the location information of the terminal, comprises the steps of shooting a target image with the terminal at a predetermined location and generating first image data; receiving the location data; including the received location data in the first image data and generating second image data; and displaying an image corresponding to the first image data and providing a service using the location data, if the second image data are selected.
