  • Patent number: 10696234
Abstract: A covering shelf apparatus for a vehicle is provided. The apparatus is convertible into a using state in which the covering shelf operating separately from a tailgate closes a luggage compartment, a standing state in which the covering shelf is open at an angle, and a stowed state in which the covering shelf is inserted behind a rear seat. Accordingly, freight is capable of being loaded on the covering shelf in the using state in which the covering shelf closes the luggage compartment. Since the covering shelf is operated separately from the tailgate, the covering shelf is capable of being used more conveniently.

  • Patent number: 9805706
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a soundproofing board part having improved sound absorption performance. The soundproofing board part is manufactured by using, as a material, a recycled soundproofing material which contains a polyurethane foam having excellent sound absorption performance and impact resilience during the press molding; and by producing a sound absorption part on the back surface of the soundproofing board part through a remolding processing method. Also disclosed is a soundproofing board part manufactured by the method. Accordingly, sound absorption performance of the soundproofing board part is improved by about 20% or greater, manufacturing cost thereof may be reduced by recycled resources utilizing waste sheets, and manufacturing process may be simplified compared the related art.

  • Patent number: 7735854
Abstract: A ramp bracket assembly for a vehicle air bag is configured to be mounted to an inner panel of the vehicle. The assembly includes a first ramp bracket with a first engagement portion, and a second ramp bracket with a second engagement portion removably engaged with the first engagement portion. The second engagement portion is disengaged from the first engagement portion in a vehicle impact, such that the assembly absorbs shock and guides deployment of the air bag. Alternatively, a ramp bracket for a vehicle air bag is configured to be mounted to an inner panel of the vehicle. The inner panel has an engagement groove, and the ramp bracket has an engagement portion, removably engaged into the engagement groove, and disengaged therefrom in a vehicle impact such that the bracket absorbs shock and guides deployment of the air bag.

  • Publication number: 20030202853
Abstract: A step drill minimizes burrs formed during drilling. Reducing the uncut portion of the work minimized an exit burr, which is formed by the advancing of a drill into a workpiece and increases the bending deformation during the drilling procedure of the workpiece and prolongation of cutting without bending to the end of cutting. The step drill includes a step portion formed at the front edge of the step drill. The step portion has a diameter less than a diameter of the body of the step drill and a step angle of 5 degrees through 130 degrees, and the size of the step is preferably 3% to 20% of the diameter of the body of the step drill.
