Abstract: A method and apparatus for editing letters in which letters are conveniently edited through use of an autocomplete operation after input of a backspace operation, the method including: deleting at least one letter by a backspace operation that moves a cursor one position backwards and deletes a preceding letter; storing the at least one deleted letter; displaying, when a letter is re-input at the position where the at least one letter was deleted, a stored phrase that includes the re-input letter; and replacing the re-input letter with the displayed phrase when the displayed phrase is selected.

Abstract: A selective test method and an apparatus thereof are provided. The selective test method includes storing test information including one or more test cases implemented by a test script, if one of the test cases is selected, storing selected test information including the selected test case, comparing the stored test information with the stored selected test information, and if it is determined that the test information and the selected test information are identical, executing a test script corresponding to the selected test case. Therefore, an interface is provided for a user to easily recognize the test script so that a selective test can be executed by various cases without being dependent on a certain automatic test tool.

Abstract: A radio frequency (RF)-mode temporary opening method and device in home network environments. The RF-mode temporary door lock opening method includes transmitting to a communication terminal an access allowance confirmation message and information on an access card to be temporarily issued; receiving an access allowance approval message from the communication terminal; and transmitting to a home gateway the information on the access card in order to register in a door lock the information on the access card.
