  • Patent number: 11646791
Abstract: A passive optical network system includes an optical line terminator (OLT) configured to detect signal strength and a phase of a burst-mode uplink signal from each of optical network units (ONUs) to control the ONUs so as to equalize signal strengths of signals received from the ONUs and configured to control the ONUs so as to adjust a phase of each of the signals received from the ONUs, and the ONUs are each configured to control signal strength and phase of an burst-mode uplink signal and transmit a resultant burst-mode uplink signal under control of the OLT.

  • Publication number: 20220339218
Abstract: The present invention relates to: a novel Lactobacillus intestinalis YT2 strain (deposition number: KCCM11812P); and a composition for preventing, alleviating, or treating menopause, comprising, as an active ingredient, Lactobacillus intestinalis comprising the novel strain. The present inventors have established an animal model for menopause through ovariectomy, confirmed changes of the distribution of intestinal microorganisms by the model, identified and isolated a novel Lactobacillus intestinalis strain among lactic acid bacteria of which the distribution is significantly reduced in the menopausal model, and confirmed effects, by means of the novel strain and previously reported Lactobacillus intestinalis strains, of alleviating menopausal symptoms, such as the inhibition of an increase in body fat, the inhibition of a decrease in bone mineral density, the inhibition of an increase in the pain sensitivity, and the alleviation of depression.

  • Publication number: 20220140932
Abstract: An optical transceiver of the present invention includes a coexistence element therein. An optical signal according to a first standard and an optical signal according to a second standard are transmitted and received through an optical cable accommodated in a first receptacle of the optical transceiver, and in the coexistence element, the optical signal according to the first standard and the optical signal according to the second standard are divided/combined. Among the divided upstream optical signals, the optical signal according to the first standard is photoelectrically converted in the optical transceiver, and the optical signal according to the second standard is transmitted to the outside through an optical cable accommodated in a second receptacle.
