Abstract: A semiconductor memory device includes a third insulating pattern and a first insulating pattern on a substrate, the third insulating pattern and the first insulating pattern being spaced apart from each other in a first direction that is perpendicular to the substrate such that a bottom surface of the third insulating pattern and a top surface of the first insulating pattern face each other, a gate electrode between the bottom surface of the third insulating pattern and the top surface of the first insulating pattern, and including a first side extending between the bottom surface of the third insulating pattern and the top surface of the first insulating pattern, and a second insulating pattern that protrudes from the first side of the gate electrode by a second width in a second direction, the second direction being different from the first direction.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an apparatus for automatically designing an equipment line in BIM design data. When a plurality of pieces of equipment line installation data including a start point and an end point for equipment line installation in a construction site is input, an equipment line is automatically designed in the BIM design data based thereon.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an extended reality (XR)-based supervision assisting device, which finds a construction error by comparing a real design object photographed by a camera of the supervision assisting device with building information modelling (BIM) design data, and corrects the BIM design data to fit the real design object when the construction error between the real design object and the BIM design data exceeds a preset error tolerance range, thereby adjusting the BIM design data according to the construction error.

Abstract: A stainless-steel welding wire for use in manufacture of an LNG tank is described. From the welding wire, it is possible to obtain a weld metal having excellent tensile strength and impact value because the contents of Ni, Mn, Mo, and Cr in the welding wire are adjusted. The welding wire can be applied to welding of all of 9% nickel steel, high manganese steel, and stainless-steel materials by adjusting the content relationship of Ni, Mn, Mo, and Cr, and has the effect of obtaining a weld metal with excellent ultra-low temperature toughness in the weld zone.

Abstract: A computer related system including a reduced instruction set computer (RISC) central processing unit for effectively processing a data bottleneck phenomenon due to a great deal of data on a bus occurring from the use of graphic processing and windows. The system comprises a RISC central processing unit having address, instruction and data buses, a memory device for storing and reading instructions and/or data, which is connected to RISC central processing unit via the buses, an image processor for processing information as a video signal so as to be displayed on a video display apparatus, which is connected to the address and data bus, and a network interface connected with the data bus and enabling information exchange between the system and an external host computer.
