Abstract: A method by which a decoding device performs image decoding, according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: deriving an intra prediction mode of a current block; deriving neighboring samples including left neighboring samples and upper neighboring samples of the current block; deriving reference samples for prediction of a target sample among the neighboring samples on the basis of the position of the target sample of the current block and the prediction angle of the intra prediction mode; determining an interpolation filter for the target sample; and deriving the prediction sample of the target sample on the basis of the interpolation filter and the reference samples.

Abstract: Presented in the present disclosure is a method by which a driver situation monitoring device or adjacent vehicles detect the situation of a driver and/or a vehicle in which an abnormality occurs while driving, and provide, through a V2X communication device, the information to the vehicle in which the abnormality has occurred and adjacent vehicles, networks or related organizations, and thus accidents can be prevented or a vehicle in which an abnormality occurs can be controlled.

Abstract: A semiconductor memory device according to the present inventive concept includes: a semiconductor substrate; a common source semiconductor layer doped with impurities of a first conductivity type on the semiconductor substrate; a plurality of insulating layers and a plurality of word line structures alternately stacked on the common source semiconductor layer; and a memory cell dielectric layer penetrating the plurality of insulating layers and the plurality of word line structures and covering an internal wall of a channel hole extending in a vertical direction, and a memory cell structure filling the channel hole. The memory cell structure includes a channel layer, which has the memory cell dielectric layer thereon and fills at least a portion of the channel hole, and a drain layer covering an upper surface of the channel layer, doped with impurities of a second conductivity type, and filling some of an upper portion of the channel hole.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method for a first vehicle to everything (V2X) terminal to transmit a first signal and a device for same in a wireless communication system according to various embodiments. The method comprises the steps of: receiving second signals from neighboring devices; and transmitting the first signal on the basis of the second signals, wherein the second signals are sound signals generated from the neighboring devices, and the first V2X terminal calculates a danger level on the basis of signal characteristics of the sound signals and determines the transmission interval of the first signal on the basis of the danger level.
