Thereby, local accumulation in dopaminergic neurons is possible. Accordingly, the surface-modified stem cell-derived exosome according to the present disclosure is expected to be usefully used as a composition for preventing or treating a brain disease including Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease.
