    Abstract: The present invention relates to a peptide with anti-inflammatory activity, wherein the peptide comprises SEQ ID NO: 1, the peptide has above 80% homology of amino acid sequence with above-mentioned sequence, or the peptide is the fragment of the above-mentioned peptides. The present invention also relates to an inflammatory composition comprising the above mentioned peptides. According to the present invention, a peptide comprising a sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 has an outstanding efficacy in both suppressing inflammation and in prophylactic means. The hemicyanine dye having formula (1) above is easy to synthesize with high yield. Thus, use of the hemicyanind dye as an optical recording medium is advantageous in terms of the manufacturing costs.

The fabrication method of the semiconductor device includes: sequentially forming a gate insulating film and a gate electrode; implanting low-density impurity ions into the semiconductor substrate at both sides of the gate electrode; forming sidewall spacers on side surfaces of the gate electrode; and implanting high-density impurity ions into the semiconductor substrate using the sidewall spacers as a mask, thereby forming source/drain regions. In methods embodying the invention, before or after forming the sidewall spacers, nitrogen ions are implanted into a portion of the gate insulating film adjacent to outer sides of the gate electrode.
