  • Patent number: 11969397
Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating transplantation rejection or a transplantation rejection disease, comprising a novel compound and a calcineurin inhibitor. A co-administration of the present invention 1) reduces the activity of pathogenic Th1 cells or Th17 cells, 2) increases the activity of Treg cells, 3) has an inhibitory effect against side effects, such as tissue damage, occurring in the sole administration thereof, 4) inhibits various pathogenic pathways, 5) inhibits the cell death of inflammatory cells, and 6) increases the activity of mitochondria, in an in vivo or in vitro allogenic model, a transplantation rejection disease model, a skin transplantation model, and a liver-transplanted patient, and thus inhibits transplantation rejection along with mitigating side effects possibly occurring in the administration of a conventional immunosuppressant alone.

  • Publication number: 20240118196
Abstract: In the case of a gas in which several gases are mixed, a type and concentration of the gas may be incorrectly measured when measured using only an optical band-pass filter. The invention of the present application is directed to providing a technology in which a plurality of broadband band-pass filters having overlapping regions are provided to calculate a magnitude of absorption for each wavelength band for light passing through each broadband band-pass filter, thereby identifying the presence of a gas of interest and the presence of a gas other than the gas of interest.

  • Publication number: 20220143225
Abstract: Provided is a T1 contrast agent for magnetic resonance imaging. The T1 contrast agent includes fine iron oxide nanoparticle cores and micelles encapsulating the core particles. The micelles include a nonionic surfactant consisting of a hydrophilic moiety containing at least two chains and a hydrophobic moiety containing at least one C10-C30 hydrocarbon chain. The T1 contrast agent of the present invention is a novel one based on fine iron oxide nanoparticles that can replace conventional gadolinium-based T1 contrast agents. The T1 contrast agent based on fine iron oxide nanoparticles according to the present invention is harmless to humans, is rapidly distributed in the blood, and has a uniform size, ensuring its uniform contrast effect. In addition, the T1 contrast agent of the present invention enables image observation for at least 1 hour to up to 2 hours and is excreted through the kidneys and liver.
