    Abstract: Disclosed is a processor which includes a camera image feature extractor that extracts a camera image feature based on a camera image, a LIDAR image feature extractor that extracts a LIDAR image feature based on a LIDAR image, a sampling unit that performs a sampling operation based on the camera image feature and the LIDAR image feature and generates a sampled LIDAR image feature, a fusion unit that fuses the camera image feature and the sampled LIDAR image feature and generates a fusion map, and a decoding unit that decodes the fusion map and generates a depth map. The sampling operation includes back-projecting a pixel location of the camera image feature on a camera coordinate system to generate a back-projection point, and projecting the back-projection point on a plane of the LIDAR image to calculate sampling coordinates.

The method capable of preparing a vinyl chloride-based polymer suitable as an eco-friendly material, while not affecting the rate of polymerization reaction and decreasing the generation amount of total volatile organic compounds by controlling the injection time, injection amount and kind of the ionizable normal salt, is provided.

    Abstract: A system and method is disclosed for forming a graded index (GRIN) on a substrate. In one implementation the method may involve applying a metal layer to the substrate. A fluence profile of optical energy applied to the metal layer may be controlled to substantially ablate the metal layer to create a vaporized metal layer. The fluence profile may be further controlled to control a size of metal nanoparticles created from the vaporized metal layer as the vaporized metal layer condenses and forms metal nanoparticles, the metal nanoparticles being deposited back on the substrate to form a GRIN surface on the substrate.
