The authentication method in accordance with one embodiment includes: storing a first authentication request message received from an authentication server, generating a new challenge using a previous challenge used in a previous authentication process when a network connection to the authentication server is not possible, generating a second and newer authentication request message by replacing a challenge included in the first authentication request message with the new challenge, generating an authentication assertion by performing biometric authentication using the second authentication request message and storing the generated authentication assertion.

Abstract: Provided are an authentication system and method, and a user terminal, an authentication server, and a service server for performing the authentication method. According to embodiments of the present invention, a complex authentication procedure carried out in the conventional FIDO authentication technology is simplified using a second public key of which the integrity has been checked, so that a transaction occurring in an authentication procedure can be minimized. Abstract: An aligning apparatus for a semiconductor device test handler is provided which reduces semiconductor device loading and unloading time. An exchange unit of the handler includes a pair of aligners which operate independently to continuously transfer devices to a test site of the handler for test, and then away from the handler upon completion of the test. Both horizontal and vertical movement of each of the aligners facilitates the loading and unloading of semiconductor devices. This aligning apparatus provides for simplified design and operation of the aligners, and improves loading and unloading speed, thereby enhancing test efficiency.

Abstract: An exchanger for a tray feeder is provided which can easily and stably grasp and move a tray plate loaded with electronic parts using a suction force. A plurality of vacuum pads are provided on a moveable nozzle support unit of the exchanger. The vacuum pads are mounted on a plurality of suction nozzles along the surface of the nozzle support unit. A plurality of stoppers are interspersed between pairs of adjacent suction nozzles. These stoppers stably and precisely position the tray plate while it is grasped by the suction nozzles and moved through the action of the nozzle support unit.
