    Abstract: A hydrogen generating apparatus is disclosed, which can provide a constant amount of hydrogen regardless of its orientation. The hydrogen generating apparatus can include an electrolyte bath, which contains an electrolyte solution; a free-moving first electrode, which is positioned inside the electrolyte bath, and which generates electrons; a free-moving second electrode, which is positioned inside the electrolyte bath, and which receives the electrons to generate hydrogen; a spacer positioned between the first electrode and the second electrode; and a control unit, which is connected with the first electrode and the second electrode, to control an amount of electrons traveling from the first electrode to the second electrode.
