Abstract: A method of manufacturing a magnetic memory device may include forming a bottom electrode layer on a substrate; forming a block structure on the bottom electrode layer; performing a first deposition process on the bottom electrode layer to form a pinned magnetic layer, a tunnel barrier layer, and a free magnetic layer on the bottom electrode layer; performing a second deposition process on the free magnetic layer to form a capping layer on the free magnetic layer; and performing an etching process after forming a hard mask on the capping layer to form magnetic tunnel junction patterns. The first deposition process may include irradiating a first beam toward the substrate. The second deposition process may include irradiating a second beam toward the substrate. The second beam may have a greater angle than the first beam with respect to a normal line perpendicular to an upper surface of the substrate.

Abstract: A command address control circuit includes a command decoding circuit, an error decision circuit, and a shifting circuit. The command decoding circuit detects a type of command address signal set in synchronization with a reference clock signal. The error decision circuit detects whether an error is present in the command address signal set, and generates a block signal based on the type of command address signal set and the results of the detection of an error. The shifting circuit outputs the command address signal set as an internal command address signal set based on the reference clock signal and the block signal.

Abstract: A portable air conditioner includes a housing having an internal space that is divided into an upper space and a lower space defined below the upper space, a heat exchanger provided in the upper space and heat-exchanged with external air introduced from the outside, a blower fan configured to introduce the external air so as to move to the heat exchanger and discharge the heat-exchanged external air upward, a water tank provided to be withdrawal forward in the lower space and configured to collect condensate generated in the heat exchanger, and a water level detection part configured to detect a water level of the water tank.
