  • Patent number: 12268505
Abstract: The present invention relates to a device for measuring a bodily fluid drainage amount, the device comprising: a measurement case which is formed of a rigid material and provided with a bodily fluid measurement space therein; a drainage tube which is coupled to an entrance of the measurement case in a releasable structure and transfers bodily fluids discharged from a human body to the bodily fluid measurement space of the measurement case; a plurality of fluid level sensors, which are horizontally disposed on an upper surface of the measurement case and measure and inform fluid levels of the bodily fluids collected in the bodily fluid measurement space; and a control device which receives and analyzes the fluid levels of the bodily fluids, infers a tilt of the measurement case from a difference in the fluid levels of the bodily fluids, and calculates and informs a bodily fluid drainage amount.

  • Publication number: 20250078229
Abstract: Various disclosed embodiments are directed to deriving an albedo output image from an input image based on deriving an inverse shading map. For example, an input image can be a photograph of a human face (i.e., the geometric features) with RGB values representing the color values of the face as well as pixels representing shadows (i.e., the shadow features) underneath the chin of the human face. The inverse shading map may be a black and white pixel value image that contains pixels representing the same human face without the RGB values and the shadows underneath the chin. The inverse shading map thus relies on the geometric space, rather than RGB space. Geometric space, for example, allows embodiments to capture the geometric features of a face, as opposed to those geometric features' RGB or shadow details.

  • Publication number: 20030198160
Abstract: This tilt servo control method includes the step of reading a first jitter value “A”. Thereafter, a second jitter value “B” is read after an angle of an objective lens is moved by a predetermined step. If “A” is equal to or smaller than “B”, the angle of objective lens is optimized by performing the tilt servo while the angle of objective lens is moved. If “A” is larger than “B”, a third jitter value “C” is read after the angle of objective lens is moved by predetermined step. If “A” is equal to or smaller than “C”, the angle of objective lens is optimized by performing the tilt servo while the angle of objective lens is moved. If “A” is larger than “C”, the angle of objective lens is optimized while the angle of objective lens is moved by half of the predetermined step.
