  • Patent number: 11949885
Abstract: An intra prediction method and a device using the intra prediction method are provided. The intra prediction method includes the steps of: deriving a current prediction mode as a prediction mode of a current block; constructing neighboring samples of the current block with available reference samples; filtering the available reference samples; and generating predicted samples of the current block on the basis of the filtered available reference samples. The filtering step includes performing the filtering using the available reference sample located in the prediction direction of the current prediction mode and a predetermined number of available reference samples neighboring to the prediction direction of the current prediction mode.

  • Publication number: 20230002833
Abstract: The disclosure relates to biomarkers for predicting a therapeutic response of a patient to an immune therapy. Since gene signatures and markers according to an aspect have an excellent predictive capacity for predicting a patient's therapeutic response to an immune therapy, a patient group predicted to exhibit therapeutic effects may be selected to perform an appropriate treatment, and a patient's suffering and costs may be reduced.

  • Publication number: 20220259562
Abstract: Provided are a composition and a kit, each for culturing natural killer cells, and a method of using the same. According to the composition for culturing natural killer cells according to aspect, and a method of culturing natural killer cells using the same, when natural killer cells are cultured in peripheral blood mononuclear cells, they are cultured in a medium including the composition for culturing natural killer cells, the composition including magnetic particles, of which at least one surface is bound with an activating receptor ligand, an inhibitory receptor ligand, a costimulatory receptor ligand, a cytokine, a cytokine receptor, an immune checkpoint ligand, a blocking antibody, or a combination thereof, thereby proliferating natural killer cells in a large quantity and promoting activation or inhibition of natural killer cells, or expansion of natural killer cells. Accordingly, the natural killer cells cultured using the same may be usefully applied to immune cell therapy products.
