  • Publication number: 20060291177
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a printed circuit board having an RF module power stage circuit embedded therein. Specifically, this invention relates to a printed circuit board having an RF module power stage circuit embedded therein, in which a terminal pad for a resistor, a bead, or an inductor is defined or formed on a power supply plane of a multilayered wired board to connect the resistor, the bead, or the inductor to the power supply plane, and the resistor, the bead, or the inductor is connected in parallel with a decoupling capacitor by using a via hole or by embedding the resistor, the bead or the inductor perpendicular to the power supply plane, thus decreasing the size of the RF module and improving the performance thereof.

  • Publication number: 20050212415
Abstract: This invention relates to an organic electro-luminescence device and a method of fabricating the same that is capable of reducing an inverse taper of a bus electrode. An organic electro-luminescence display device comprises: an anode electrode including a transparent electrode and a bus electrode; a cathode electrode crossing the anode electrode; and an organic layer located at a cross both the anode electrode and the cathode electrode, wherein the bus electrode has an inclination angle of 30° to 70°.

  • Publication number: 20050021769
Abstract: The present invention presents a method for providing the location information of a mobile station(MS) by selectively using a DBM-based method and a TCP/IP-based method on a global positioning system(GPS) in a mobile telecommunication network constituted of a client server, a mobile positioning center(MPC), a home location register(HLR), and a position determination Entity(PDE). By selectively using a DBM-based method or a TCP/IP-based method according to the type of requested service, the present invention enables to reduce the time required for obtaining the accurate location. Moreover, it can provide the requested location based service(LBS) on an MS even when the MS is on-line or on stand-by mode.
