    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a gas turbine rotor heat shielding segment, which is mounted on a rotor outer wall between a compressor and a turbine and shields the leakage of heat and gas so that gas of high-temperature and high-pressure is not transferred from a burner of a gas turbine to a rotor shaft during the operation of the gas turbine, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a gas turbine rotor heat shielding segment by three-dimensional printing, wherein a portion having a simplified shape is manufactured by casting, and a portion having a complex shape is manufactured by 3D printing.
