  • Publication number: 20230365810
Abstract: The disclosure provides eco-friendly synthetic wood containing coffee grounds, which uses, as main components, coffee grounds and waste gypsum, which are waste resources, and PETG recycled from waste plastic, thereby contributing to protection of the environment, and which enhances formability, post-processability, and a weather resistance of the synthetic wood by reducing a ratio of shrinking-swelling and a water absorption factor of the synthetic wood, and a manufacturing method thereof.

  • Patent number: 7893980
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a Complementary Metal-Oxide-Silicon (CMOS) image sensor. The image sensor includes a two-dimensional pixel array composed of unit pixels, each unit pixel having a photo diode and transistors, a row decoder located at an end of the pixel array to assign row addresses, and a column decoder located at another end of the pixel array, which is erpendicular to the row decoder, to assign column addresses to corresponding pixels in rows selected by the row decoder. The row decoder allows the integration time points of the unit pixels, which are included in the pixel array, to be identical. Accordingly, the distortion of images can be prevented.

  • Publication number: 20100124945
Abstract: A mobile terminal includes a touch screen panel installed in an upper surface of a display unit formed in an upper surface of the mobile terminal. The touch screen panel includes an upper panel and a lower panel disposed opposite each other; and a detection unit installed in the touch screen panel beneath the lower panel thereof. The detection unit detects an approach of an external object and for determining whether to allow or invalidate an input of a manipulation instruction from a user through the touch screen panel. A portion of lower panel of the touch screen panel is not included in a portion of the touch screen panel at which the detection unit is positioned. Thereby, diffused reflection of light around the detection sensor can be reduced, thereby preventing an erroneous operation of the detection unit when detecting the approach of an external object.

  • Patent number: 6175098
Abstract: A plane heating element is provided which features reduced external electromagnetic waves. The plane heating element includes an upper input terminal and a lower input terminal in which upper wires and lower wires are spaced apart at a predetermined interval, and the currents through the respective wires flow oppositely to each other. First heat generation wires are connected to the upper input terminal at predetermined spaced intervals and have the same directed current flow as that of the upper input terminal. Second heat generation wires are connected to the upper input terminal at spaced intervals and have the oppositely directed current flow to that of the first heat generation wires.
