The remote control device includes a first remote controller, and a second remote controller which is capable of being connected to or separated from the first remote controller. If the first remote controller and the second remote controller are connected, the first remote controller and the second remote controller may function as a single unit, or if not, the first remote controller and the second remote controller may function as individual units.

Abstract: A display tag is provided. A display tag includes a sensing unit which captures an image displayed on a screen of an external tag writer, if a sensing unit is disposed opposite the screen; and a display unit which displays a captured image. Therefore, a user can visually recognize content related to tag information, and thus user convenience is enhanced.

Abstract: Provided are, a power supplier including an assistant power supply unit, an electronic device including the power supplier, and a method of operating the electronic device using the power supplier in a power-saving mode. The assistant power supply unit includes: a heat source to generate heat during operation of the electronic device; a cooler to dissipate the heat generated by the heat source; a thermoelectric generator interposed between the heat source and the cooler; and a secondary battery to store power generated by the thermoelectric generator.

Abstract: A digital multimedia device capable of functioning as both a portable multimedia player (PMP) and a notebook computer is provided. The digital multimedia device includes: a computer unit including a body, a first processor included in the body to operate a first operating system (OS), a first display unit for displaying image information processed by the first processor, and a first input unit; a PMP unit including a second processor to operate a second operating system, a hard disk drive (HDD) for storing programs and data, a second display unit for displaying image information processed by the second processor, and a second input unit; and a docking unit disposed in the computer unit and the PMP unit for docking the PMP unit to the computer unit, wherein, when the PMP unit is docked with the computer unit, the computer unit shares the HDD with the PMP unit to perform processing operations, and the PMP unit operates independently or in association with the computer unit.

Abstract: Disclosed is a catalyst for purifying emissions from compressed natural gas vehicles through oxidation, comprising platinum and palladium, as catalytically active ingredients, supported on a support system including a first palladium-impregnated alumina, a second platinum-impregnated alumina, a composite ceria, and a nickel oxide and loaded on a metal or ceramic carrier. The catalyst shows an excellent conversion rate, thus having great economic and technical advantages over conventional catalysts.
