Abstract: Disclosed herein are a method and system for dynamically deploying a virtual object for reducing power in a mobile edge computing environment. The method of dynamically deploying a virtual object may include measuring the popularity of each mobile edge computing (MEC) server by counting the number of requests input to an MEC environment and the number of input requests of each of virtual objects disposed in an MEC server and performing load balancing so that the requests are equally distributed to the MEC servers through an algorithm to minimize a dispersion of a popularity of each MEC server.

Abstract: A system and method for providing a distributed virtual cloud by using a mobile grid are disclosed. The system for providing a distributed virtual cloud according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention may include a social topology creating unit creating a social topology based upon social relationships between user equipments configuring a Social Network Service (SNS), a cluster configuration unit configuring a social topology cluster based upon closeness centrality between the user equipments configuring the Social Network Service (SNS), and a cloud interoperation unit performing interoperation between a virtual cloud corresponding to each social topology cluster and a cloud managing the social topology.

Abstract: A method and device for generating and decoding an image code without a direction finder pattern are provided. In the method of generating an image code, a two-dimensional image is generated by encoding the configured basic information and the error correction information, and disposing the encoded basic and error correction information in predetermined regions, respectively. It is determined whether the two-dimensional image can be decoded for directions which are different from a basic direction of the two-dimensional image, respectively, and the two-dimensional image is output as a physical or electronic image code when a result from decoding for the directions which are different from the basic direction of the two-dimensional image is the same as a decoding result for the basic direction, or when decoding cannot be performed for a direction which is different from the basic direction.
