  • Publication number: 20110306346
Abstract: A handover method according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of receiving the result of a cell measurement for a neighbor cell from a terminal, judging whether the neighbor cell is a near neighbor cell in accordance with the result of the cell measurement, calculating the ratio of the near neighbor cell to the total neighbor cells, and transmitting a command for a handover to a target cell to the terminal if the ratio exceeds the handover threshold value. The handover method of the present invention reduces interference between cells, and efficiently uses radio resources.

  • Publication number: 20110305153
Abstract: A method for designating a dual region according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: enabling a terminal which is in communication with a first network to calculate a channel state threshold value corresponding to data; comparing the channel state value of the first network and the channel state value of the second network, acquired using a pilot signal of a second network, with the channel state threshold value; calculating a network evaluation score of the first network; comparing the network evaluation score of the first network with a network evaluation threshold value for designating a dual region, if the channel state value of the first network and the channel state value of the second network are larger than the channel state threshold value; and determining whether to designate a dual region in accordance with the result of the comparison using the network evaluation threshold value.

  • Publication number: 20110299488
Abstract: A method for radio resource allocation in a wireless communication system comprises the steps of: receiving a channel indicator for indicating the frequency band used by a neighboring base station from a gateway that controls at least one base station that accesses the core network of a wireless communication system via an IP network; assigning to an available channel list a frequency band remaining after the frequency band indicated by said channel indicator is excluded from the entire frequency band, wherein said entire frequency band is divided into a plurality of frequency bands, and said channel indicator comprises indices that indicate respective frequency bands; and selecting, as one's own channel, at least one frequency band from said available channel list.

  • Publication number: 20110053604
Abstract: A method for scheduling User Equipments (UEs) in a femto Base Station (BS) in a mobile communication system having a hierarchical cell structure is disclosed. The scheduling method includes transmitting a resource allocation request signal to a macro BS using a predetermined identifier (ID) having a UE ID format, receiving radio resource allocation information about resources allocated in relation to the predetermined ID from the macro BS, allocating the allocated radio resources to one or more UEs, receiving a signal from the one or more UEs using the allocated radio resources, and transmitting the signal received from the one or more UEs to a network via an Internet connection.

  • Publication number: 20100290411
Abstract: A method for allocating resource regions in a wireless access system is provided. This method collectively allocates resources in non-consecutive frames. Specifically, a message, including allocation information used to collectively and non-consecutively allocate identical resource regions, is received from a base station and data is transmitted or received through the allocated resource regions. Since identical resource regions are collectively allocated in multiple frames, it is possible to reduce both the number of transmissions of a MAP message and MAP overhead in a network.

  • Publication number: 20100245030
Abstract: It is an object to provide processes for the production of thin-film sensors whereby crystals are strongly oriented without cost-adding steps such as heating and variations in electrical properties are small among the obtainable products. A process of producing a thin-film sensor is a process of producing a thin-film sensor that include an insulating substrate and an electrical resistor which is made of a metal and is provided on the insulating substrate, the process including a step of forming the electrical resistor by sputtering the metal while applying a negative direct-current voltage to the insulating substrate.

  • Publication number: 20100215012
Abstract: A method of switching a radio resource mode allocated to a mobile station in a wireless access system is disclosed. The method for switching the radio-resource mode allocated to the mobile station in the wireless access system includes, transmitting information of a second radio-resource mode to a base station, thereby requesting a switching from a first radio-resource mode allocated to the mobile station to the second radio-resource mode, and re-requesting the switching of the radio-resource mode using a high-speed feedback channel, if a message approving the switching of the radio-resource mode is not received within a predetermined time. So, a variety of problems caused by inconsistency in operation mode between a mobile station receiving no control messages and the base station can be solved.
