Abstract: The present invention relates to a cathode-ray tube display apparatus comprising a flyback transformer, comprising a vertical drive circuit for outputting a predetermined drive current; a vertical output part for outputting a vertical pulse for determining a vertical scanning interval according to an input vertical drive current; a vertical deflection yoke for deflecting a vertical scanning beam according to the vertical pulse output from the vertical output part; and an up/down distortion compensator for generating a compensation signal by overlapping a vertical pulse which has passed the vertical deflection yoke and a horizontal pulse from the flyback transformer, and outputting a vertical drive current to the vertical output part by using the compensation signal and the drive current output from the vertical drive circuit.

Abstract: A horizontal deflection circuit having a horizontal output transistor that receives an input horizontal driving signal and drives a horizontal deflection coil includes a current controlling unit to selectively perform an operation to decrease a base current applied to a base terminal of the horizontal output transistor, and a controlling unit to sense a frequency of the horizontal driving signal and to enable the operation of the current controlling unit when the sensed frequency of the horizontal driving signal is higher than a predetermined level. Accordingly, the horizontal deflection circuit can control the base current of the horizontal output transistor according to a frequency mode, thereby decreasing damage to the horizontal output transistor.

Abstract: A dispenser for a refrigerator is provided which allows for more storage space inside the refrigerator, and which includes a locking mechanism which allows a drain pan of the dispenser to be removably attached. The dispenser includes a housing mounted on a front surface of a refrigerator door, a supply pipe installed at an upper portion of the housing, a drain pan detachably disposed at a lower portion of the housing, and a locking unit formed between the drain pan and the housing which removably attaches the drain pan to the dispenser housing. The locking unit prevents unwanted separation of the drain pan from the dispenser, and the dispenser's reduced size allows for more storage space in the refrigerator.

Abstract: A side panel of a refrigerator door includes a cover part having a side shape of a refrigerator door, an insertion rib formed extended with a certain thickness and height at one marginal portion of the cover part, a hinge insertion part formed at the other side of the cover part and coupled to a hinge coupled to a refrigerator body, and a coupling unit formed at one side of the insertion rib and fixedly coupled by being caught at a front panel of the refrigerator door. In a coupling structure of the side panel, the coupling unit of the side panel is fixedly engaged into a through hole of the front panel. Accordingly, the side panel and the front panel can be coupled firmly and an assembling operation is easy.

Abstract: A dispenser for a refrigerator includes a dispenser housing mounted on a front surface of a refrigerator door, a supply pipe mounted at an upper surface of the dispenser housing and supplying water therethrough, a drain pan detachably disposed at a lower surface of the dispenser and collecting water dropped from the supply pipe, and a locking unit formed between the drain pan and the dispenser housing and locking the drain pan to the dispenser housing. Loss of the drain pan from the dispenser can be prevented and it is easy to separate the drain pan from the dispenser.

Abstract: A coherent dual-channel QPSK modulator/demodulator for a CDMA system, and modulating/demodulating methods therefor, are disclosed, in which the crosstalk interferences between an I-channel and a Q-channel are eliminated by an orthogonal spreading method, which assigns different Walsh codes to the I-channel and Q-channel. Pseudo-random modulation and pseudo-random demodulation are carried out by using one PN code so as to minimize the channel parameter estimation errors, thereby improving receiving performance.
