  • Patent number: 11065343
Abstract: The present invention relates to a compound bearing a self-immolative linker having ?-galactoside-introduced thereto. In a compound bearing a ?-galactoside-introduced self-immolative linker according to the present invention, particularly, the self-immolative linker may form a glycosidic bond with a protein (e.g., an oligopeptide, polypeptide, an antibody, etc.) or ligand which has specific affinity for a desired target or with an active agent (e.g., a drug, a toxin, a ligand, a detection probe, etc.), which has a specific function or activity so as to allow the selective release of the active agent within a target cell.

  • Patent number: 8624465
Abstract: A surface acoustic wave (“SAW”) sensor system comprises a signal generating part, which applies an electrical signal to a SAW sensor, the SAW sensor connected to the signal generating part, which converts the electrical signal into a SAW, senses a measurement target using the SAW, and converts a SAW output corresponding to the measurement target into an electrical signal, and a signal measuring part connected to one side of the SAW sensor, which detects a change in the electrical signal by time-gating a multiple-transit-echo wave.

  • Patent number: 5970822
Abstract: A reversible drive device for bicycles, allowing a bicycle to go forward by a normal or reversed rotating force of a pedal without forcing a user to operate any lever, is disclosed. The drive device has a simple construction with a reduced number of parts and allows the rear wheel 10 to be rotatable in a reversed direction, thus allowing the bicycle to be moved backward. The drive device is integrated into a single assembly and is detachably attached to either the rear wheel hub shaft 11 or a pedal shaft 21, so the device allows a user to easily repair or change the drive device and improves work efficiency while producing the drive device. Two crescent stoppers 18 are formed on each end of the fixed shaft 17 so as to effectively prevent the shaft holding yoke of the rear wheel fork 1 from being unexpectedly opened.
