  • Publication number: 20230049534
Abstract: A system for analyzing a passive network is provided, the system being configured to extend the frequency band with the interpolation function of the low frequency band and the extrapolation function of the high frequency band for S-parameters with limited measurement band, adjust the propagation delay time for the band-extended S-parameter to derive the final band-extended S-parameter, and analyze the time response of the passive network on the basis of the output voltage waveform estimated by performing convolution on the impulse response to the derived final band-extended S-parameter and the input voltage waveform of the passive network, thereby improving the time response performance of the passive network without a complex circuit conversion process, and making it possible to be capable of lightweight structures. Furthermore, it is possible to improve the accuracy of the impulse response by adjusting the propagation delay time removed from the band-limited S-parameter.

  • Publication number: 20200342047
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of processing a band-limited S-parameter for a transient analysis, the method including removing a propagation delay time of a band-limited S-parameter signal; generating an interpolation function for a real part of the band-limited S-parameter signal; generating an extrapolation function for the real part of the band-limited S-parameter signal; and generating an extended S-parameter signal with the interpolation function and the extrapolation function. Accordingly, by extending the interpolation function and the extrapolation function ensuring continuity with the real part, there is an advantage that the causality problem does not occur in the impulse response of the extended S-parameter signal.

  • Publication number: 20180252755
Abstract: Disclosed is a method of processing an S-parameter to analyze transient phenomena in a passive network, the method including: generating an extrapolation function related to a real part of a measured S-parameter signal; generating an expanded S-parameter signal by the extrapolation function; and setting an optimum degree and an optimum expansion frequency of the expanded S-parameter signal. Thus, the extrapolation function where continuity from the real part of the measured S-parameter signal is ensured is used such that causality in an impulse response of the expanded S-parameter signal can be maintained without problems.

  • Patent number: 7485450
Abstract: The present invention provide a microorganism comprising an inactivated chromosomal tdcBC gene and an inactivated chromosomal pckA gene, which has remarkably improved productivity of L-threonine. Also, the present invention provides a method of producing L-threonine using the microorganism. The microorganism is prepared by incorporating by a recombination technique an antibiotic resistance gene into a pckA gene on the chromosome of a bacterial strain containing an L-threonine degradation-associated operon gene, tdcBC, which is inactivated. The microorganism has the effect of preventing degradation and intracellular influx of L-threonine due to the inactivation of the tdcBC operon gene, and includes more activated pathways for L-threonine biosynthesis. Therefore, the microorganism is useful for mass production of L-threonine because of being capable of producing L-threonine in high levels and high yields even in the presence of high concentrations of glucose.

  • Patent number: 7378267
Abstract: A method for producing L-threonine using a microorganism is provided. In the method, the threonine dehydratase (tdc) gene existing in the genomic DNA of the microorganism is partially deactivated using a recombination technique. For a microorganism strain with enhanced activity of threonine operon-containing enzymes and the phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase (ppc) gene, the tdc gene engaged in one of the four threonine metabolic pathways is specifically deactivated, thereby markedly increasing the yield of L-threonine.
