In the method, a message requesting Internet Protocol (IP) information of a target eNB is received from a source eNB. The IP information of the target eNB is obtained. The source eNB is mapped to the target eNB and the mapping is stored. IP information of the GW is transmitted to the source eNB instead of the IP of the target eNB.

    Abstract: If a power-on signal is inputted to a television set in a standby state, a power control unit switches on a first power switch to supply power to the entire modules of the TV, A control unit then displays a menu window so that a user may select a specific function to be set from the menu window. The control unit determines the block that performs the corresponding functions in the memory and switches on a second power switch to supply power to the block performing the corresponding functions. Once the user inputs a power-off signal to the television, the power control unit switches off the first power switch to cut off the power controlled by the control unit. The second power switch maintains the on-state and supplies standby power to the control unit for the functions set by the user to be performed.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a localization system and method to recognize the location of an autonomous mobile platform. In order to recognize the location of the autonomous mobile platform, a beacon (three-dimensional structure) having a recognizable image pattern is disposed at a location desired by a user, the mobile platform which knows image pattern information of the beacon photographs the image of the beacon and finds and analyzes a pattern to be recognized from the photographed image. A relative distance and a relative angle of the mobile platform are computed using the analysis of the pattern such that the location of the mobile platform is accurately recognized.

    Abstract: An underground power cable having an optical fiber sensor for measuring temperature distribution is disclosed. In the power cable, an optical fiber for measuring temperature distribution is received in a stainless steel tube having excellent strength, and this optical tube is interposed between a core and a sheath of the power cable. When arranging the optical tube in the power cable, a supporting material having a relatively low strength than the optical tube is arranged in the cable together in order to prevent the optical fiber from being damaged by external force and prevent the inner insulation layer from being broken down by the optical tube. In addition, a fixing tape for fixing the optical tube in contact with the core may be added to prevent the optical tube from being bent seriously or inclined to one side when the cable is bent.

The anisotropic-electroconductive adhesive enables rapid curing of the insulating adhesive component at a low temperature and is very useful for making a circuit connection structure since it may prevent a short of circuit without connection failure even when the electroconductive particles are condensed.
