Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition for prevention, alleviation, or treatment of neurodegenerative diseases, comprising fexofenadine. Fexofenadine, a compound already commercialized for pharmacological purposes, has proven to be safe, demonstrated significant improvements in behavioral abilities when administered to a neurodegenerative disease model, and exhibits neuroprotective effects of inhibiting the death of dopaminergic neurons, reducing damage to inflammation-mediated neurons or neuronal degeneration, preventing the formation of ?-synuclein aggregates, and suppressing the abnormal increase and activation of astrocytes, and has the effect of extending the lifespan in the degenerative neurological disease model. Thus, the composition according to the present invention can be advantageously used for preventing, alleviating, or treating neurodegenerative diseases.

Abstract: A composition including a substance that inhibits an expression or activity of c-src and its use in inhibiting aggregation and/or migration of ?-syn are disclosed. The composition may be a pharmaceutical composition and can be used for preventing or treating synucleinopathy. The substance can inhibit the signal transduction induced by ?-syn migrating to adjacent cells, thus mitigating the cytotoxic influence of ?-syn on the adjacent cells; and can inhibit the denaturation of monomeric ?-syn into aggregated ?-syn, which may be a major cause of synucleinopathy, and thus, can be beneficially used as a therapeutic agent for synucleinopathy.

A plurality of weak parts formed on the reinforced ring reduces the elasticity and strength of the reinforced ring, thereby preventing the reinforced ring from applying a strong pressure to the user's finger and causing numbness or pain to the user's finger.
