The method includes receiving a request for video content from a user terminal, selecting a service format based on a device check on the user terminal, if a file format of requested video content is MP4, based on the service format, maintaining the file format of service content to be provided, or converting the file format to FLV or HLS file format by analyzing a header data, and streaming the service content to the user terminal.

Abstract: A continuously variable valve timing device is provided and includes a cam sprocket connected with a camshaft having a plurality of cams to rotate the camshaft and an electric variable valve timing mechanism connected with the cam sprocket, and driven by an electric motor. A chain cover protects the cam sprocket and a chain system from foreign substances and an electric variable valve timing mechanism cover protects the electric variable valve timing mechanism from foreign substances. A seal ring partitions an internal space between the electric variable valve timing mechanism and the electric variable valve timing mechanism cover. In addition, a pressure maintaining device is mounted within the electric variable valve timing mechanism cover to maintain pressure formed within the internal space of the electric variable valve timing mechanism cover at about atmospheric pressure.

Abstract: Provided are a method and system for delivering a message, and a computer program therefor, the method including: receiving messages from a server to a device of a user; checking at least one feature of user features associated with the user, message features associated with the messages, device features associated with the device, and contextual features associated with the surrounding circumstances; and determining, by the device, whether or not to present at least one message among the messages to the user at a specific time or later in consideration of the at least one feature. The determining whether or not to present the message includes determining, by the device, whether or not to present the message without sending information about the at least one feature to an outside.
