  • Publication number: 20170104450
Abstract: Provided is a method of evaluating performance of a photovoltaic module and a system therefor. The method of evaluating performance of the photovoltaic module according to the present invention has an advantage of more accurately evaluating and predicting a service life and/or performance of the photovoltaic module by reflecting a deterioration index of a photovoltaic module component on a first output value calculated using an electronic-optical diode (E/O diode) model for the photovoltaic module.

  • Patent number: 6962621
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a system for simultaneously removing dust and volatile toxic organic compounds. The system comprises a dust collecting unit disposed between an inlet duct and an outlet duct for removing dust, an organic compound removing unit disposed between the inlet duct and the outlet duct for removing volatile toxic organic compounds, and an inlet blower disposed between the dust collecting unit and the organic compound removing unit. The dust collecting unit is made up of a bag filter, which comprises a housing formed in the shape of a box and connected to the inlet duct, a plurality of filtering members, such as cloth or felt, arranged in the housing, and dust collecting layers defined between the housing and the filtering members. The organic compound removing unit comprises an absorbing apparatus for absorbing the volatile toxic organic compounds, and regenerating heaters attached on the outer circumference of the absorbing apparatus.

  • Patent number: 6762446
Abstract: An integrated capacitive device has a thin-film capacitor formed of first and second electrode layers, electrically separated by a dielectric layer formed of a hydrogen-degradable compound. To protect the dielectric layer from degradation due to hydrogen diffusion, at least one layer of a getter material is provided, selected from alloys of zirconium, vanadium and iron, optionally containing minor quantities of manganese and/or a rare earth group element, and alloys of zirconium with at least one metal of the group of iron, cobalt and nickel, optionally containing up to about 15% by weight of elements of the rare earth group.
