    Abstract: Disclosed is a laminated thin film battery which is capable of exhibiting a high capacity and does not require a separate barrier to be formed on a surface after lamination. A first thin film battery and a second thin film battery, in which cathode current collectors and anode current collectors are formed on first surfaces, are laminated in such a type that the respective first surfaces face each other. The cathode current collectors of the first thin film battery and the second thin film battery are electrically connected to a cathode terminal, and the anode current collectors of the first thin film battery and the second thin film battery are electrically connected to an anode terminal.

The apparatus includes an input unit through characters are input by a user; a display unit displays the characters input by a user; a control unit which compares the characters input by the user with a stored sentence table of recommended sentences to determine whether there is at least one recommended sentence in the sentence table that corresponds to the input characters, and if it is determined that there is the at least one recommended sentence that corresponds to the input characters, controls the display unit to display the at least one recommended sentence; a converting unit which converts a recommended sentence selected by the user from among the at least one recommended sentence into a compression code; and a transmission unit which transmits an SMS message that includes the recommended sentence converted into the compression code.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method of modifying the surface of an ITO (Indium Tin Oxide; In2O3—SnO2) film using new organic material to increase the properties of the ITO film. A method of forming a self-assembled monolayer on an ITO film to increase the work function of an ITO film for use in the transparent electrode of a display device and an ITO film having a self-assembled monolayer, manufactured using the above method, are provided. The ITO film having the self-assembled monolayer has an increased work function, and thus holes can be efficiently injected from the ITO to an organic layer. Thereby, ohmic contact between the organic layer and the electrode is realized, consequently improving the electrical properties of organic electronic devices.
