Abstract: The present disclosure may provide a method for operating a terminal in a wireless communication system. Here, the method for operating a terminal may comprise the steps of: determining a first polar code through artificial intelligence; transmitting, to a base station, data encoded with the first polar code and an information sub-channel index set for the first polar code; receiving reward information based on data decoding from the base station; determining a second polar code by performing learning through artificial intelligence on the basis of the reward information; and transmitting, to the base station, data encoded with the determined second polar code and an information sub-channel index set for the second polar code.

Abstract: A method of operating a terminal and a base station in a wireless communication system and an apparatus supporting the same are disclosed. The method comprises receiving a first system information block (SIB) from a first base station—the received first SIB including at least one first parameter for a cell reselection learning model—, receiving radio channel environment information from the first base station, updating the first parameter to a second parameter through learning in the cell reselection learning model by reflecting the radio channel environment information, and performing cell reselection for a second base station based on the updated at least one second parameter.
