Abstract: In one example, a semiconductor device can comprise a substrate, a device stack, first and second internal interconnects, and an encapsulant. The substrate can comprise a first and second substrate sides opposite each other, a substrate outer sidewall between the first substrate side and the second substrate side, and a substrate inner sidewall defining a cavity between the first substrate side and the second substrate side. The device stack can be in the cavity and can comprise a first electronic device, and a second electronic device stacked on the first electronic device. The first internal interconnect can be coupled to the substrate and the device stack. The encapsulant can cover the substrate inner sidewall and the device stack and can fill the cavity. Abstract: An apparatus for estimating a camera pose according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a similar image searcher, a clusterer, and an estimator. The similar image searcher searches for a plurality of images similar to an input image, from among a plurality of previously-stored images, based on the input image. The clusterer creates a cluster including at least some similar images meeting predetermined conditions, from among the plurality of similar images, based on viewpoint data tagged to each of the plurality of similar images. The estimator estimates a pose of a camera that has generated the input image, based on the cluster.

Abstract: A dual-standby portable terminal and a method for connecting an audio path thereof are provided. A method for connecting an audio path of a dual-standby portable terminal capable of simultaneously accessing at least two communication networks includes determining whether a Subscriber Identification Module (SIM) should be switched while in a master SIM mode, switching to a slave SIM mode if it is determined that the SIM should be switched, and outputting audio signal data, received by a slave SIM control unit through a corresponding communication unit, to an audio output unit through an audio path operated by a master SIM control unit.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for a communication by a multiple-standby mobile terminal is provided. The apparatus includes a master communication module that directly receives a signal from a communication network and then processes it, or processes a signal to be transmitted and then directly transmits it to the communication network. Additionally, the master communication module indirectly receives a signal from the communication network through a slave communication module and then processes it, or processes a signal to be transmitted and then indirectly transmits it to the communication network through the slave communication module. Therefore, even though the slave communication module has only elements for transmitting and receiving a signal with the other elements eliminated, the multiple-standby mobile terminal may operate favorably.
