  • Publication number: 20200213368
Abstract: An interactive video board allows creation of a virtual classroom that enables real-time audio-visual communication and a real-time exchange of digital information between students in a physical classroom and a remote student at a location outside the physical classroom. The interactive video board includes a central processing unit (CPU) and a physical storage device that stores machine-executable instructions through which the CPU controls operation of the interactive video board. The video board also includes a multitouch display device that itself includes both (a) a video display device, which drives the presentation of graphical information (including streamed audio/visual data in some embodiments) to the students in the physical classroom, and (b) a multitouch input screen configured to capture, in response to a student's touching the screen, graphical input data for display on the video display device in the physical classroom and on a remote device used by the remote student.

  • Publication number: 20190168835
Abstract: A kit includes a deck, which has two mounting holes spaced along a longitudinal axis of the deck. A plurality of wheels are supported by the deck. An occupant support includes a post alternately and removably engageable with the mounting holes. A handlebar extends away from the deck along a handlebar axis and is rotatable about the handlebar axis between a forward operating position and a rearward operating position. The interchangeability of the occupant support in the mounting holes and the adjustment of the handlebar between the forward and rearward operating positions allows for the kit to be reconfigured to a variety of configurations.

  • Patent number: 10100536
Abstract: A modular wall panel system includes a pair of specially formed receiver strips, base and crown moldings, and a panel. The receiver strips are respectively mounted at selective upper and lower wall locations. Each receiver strip has an elongated base for mounting to the wall, and first and second flanges protruding therefrom, with each flange having a pair of apices particularly formed and located thereon. The crown and base moldings have bottom and rear surfaces, an inward facing ornate/sculpted surface, and a mating flange configured to cantilever away from the rear surface. The mating flange includes a pair of apices that are configured to be mated between the first and second flanges of the receiver strip, and be retained by its flange apices. The receiver strip also spaces the rear surface of the moldings away from the wall/studs, for the panel to be inserted behind the rear surface of each.

  • Publication number: 20180271305
Abstract: A frame apparatus for displaying an article. The frame apparatus includes a support structure having a frame and a backer panel. A plurality of slots are formed into the backer panel that include a first slot that is elongated along a first axis that is parallel to top and bottom edges of the support structure and a second slot that is elongated along a second axis that is parallel to lateral edges of the support structure. The frame apparatus also includes a hanging element for hanging the support structure from a support surface such as a wall. The hanging element is configured to be slidably coupled to the support structure such that the hanging element can slide back and forth within one of the slots while remaining coupled to the support structure. This structure enables the frame apparatus to be moved side-to-side along the support surface while hanging therefrom.

  • Publication number: 20180168761
Abstract: Generally, a system for use in a robotic surgical system may be used to determine an attachment state between a tool driver, sterile adapter, and surgical tool of the system. The system may include sensors used to generate attachment data corresponding to the attachment state. The attachment state may be used to control operation of the tool driver and surgical tool. In some variations, one or more of the attachment states may be visually output to an operator using one or more of the tool driver, sterile adapter, and surgical tool. In some variations, the tool driver and surgical tool may include electronic communication devices configured to be in close proximity when the surgical tool is attached to the sterile adapter and tool driver.

  • Patent number: 7131163
Abstract: A retort cleaning apparatus 10 (RCA 10) comprising a blow-off nozzle (12) having an air inlet port (14) and an orifice (16). An air passage extension tube (22) has an inward coupler (24), and a heat-resistant outward coupler (26) that attaches to the air inlet port (14) on the blow-off nozzle (12). An air hose (42) has an air inlet coupler (44), and an air outlet coupler (46) that attaches to the inward coupler (24) on the air passage extension tube (22). An air compressor (60) has a compressed air fastener (62) that attaches to the air inlet coupler (44) on the air hose (42). The air compressor is equipped with a power switch (64) that controls the operation of an electrical motor (66). When the power switch is closed, power from a power source (80) is applied to the motor (66) which then allows pressurized air to flow through the air hose (42), the air passage extension tube (22), and into and out of the orifice (16) on the blow-off nozzle (12).
