Abstract: The present subject matter refers to a method and system for method and system implemented with emergency response layers for generating an emergency response in an encapsulator device in a private blockchain network. The method comprising receiving, based on a user input, a non-textual input, then detecting that the user is in an emergency event based on the received non-textual input. The method further includes triggering, at least one emergency response layer that is preconfigured for the emergency event, in response to the detection that the user is in the emergency event and then sending an emergency response to an authorized entity device for taking appropriate action for the emergency event in response to the triggered at least one emergency response layer.

Abstract: An electronic device and method for providing a user interface for a cognitive search in content is provided. The electronic device controls a display device to render an application interface that includes UI elements. The UI elements include a UI element to select media items, a UI element to select input data to be used for search inside content of each media item, and interactive UI elements to configure parameters that control the search inside the content or a metasearch within results of the search. The electronic device receives an input via the UI elements and transmits a search request to a search engine system. The electronic device receives a search result that identifies, from within the content or associated metadata, content elements that match the input data and satisfy the parameters. Abstract: The present subject matter refers to a method for optimized utilization of resources in the blockchain based healthcare network comprising acquiring patient data from a plurality of device nodes and provider nodes associated with a plurality of patients and computing an adherence score for each patient in a corresponding patient cluster of the plurality of patient clusters based on the EHR and the vital information of a corresponding patient included in corresponding patient cluster of the plurality of patient clusters. The method further comprises distributing the computed adherence score to payor nodes in the blockchain based healthcare network and receiving wellness points corresponding to each patient of the plurality of patients from the payor nodes in response to the distributed adherence score. Furthermore, the method comprises allocating the received wellness points to a respective device node associated with a corresponding patient of the plurality of patients.
