    Abstract: The present subject matter refers to a method for optimized utilization of resources in the blockchain based healthcare network comprising acquiring patient data from a plurality of device nodes and provider nodes associated with a plurality of patients and computing an adherence score for each patient in a corresponding patient cluster of the plurality of patient clusters based on the EHR and the vital information of a corresponding patient included in corresponding patient cluster of the plurality of patient clusters. The method further comprises distributing the computed adherence score to payor nodes in the blockchain based healthcare network and receiving wellness points corresponding to each patient of the plurality of patients from the payor nodes in response to the distributed adherence score. Furthermore, the method comprises allocating the received wellness points to a respective device node associated with a corresponding patient of the plurality of patients.
