  • Patent number: 12240380
Abstract: A vehicular interior rearview mirror assembly includes a mounting structure configured for mounting at an interior portion of a vehicle. The mounting structure includes a mounting arm that has (i) a proximal end portion and (ii) a distal end portion distal from the proximal end portion. With the mounting structure mounted at the interior portion of the vehicle, the proximal end portion of the mounting arm is attached at the interior portion of the vehicle. A motorized actuator is disposed within a mirror housing that accommodates a reflective element. The motorized actuator is electrically operable to adjust the reflective element and the mirror housing together and in tandem relative to the mounting structure to provide a desired rearward field of view to a driver of the vehicle when the vehicular interior rearview mirror assembly is mounted and operated in the vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20240400312
Abstract: A conveyor component for use in a conveyor includes a flexible hub for mounting a shaft and a continuous rim connected to the flexible hub for contacting a conveyor belt. The flexible hub includes a peripheral gap that can be widened using an expansion tool to enlarge a shaft-receiving opening formed by the flexible hub. A flexible finger terminating in a positioning tab on a radially inner surface of the flexible hub moves into engagement with a groove on the shaft when the conveyor component is in a relaxed state and out of engagement with the groove when the flexible hub is flexed.

  • Publication number: 20240190332
Abstract: A vehicular illumination module includes a housing, a circuit board accommodated by the housing, an illumination source disposed at the circuit board, and a freeformed lens optic accommodated by the housing. With the illumination source operated to emit light, light emitted by the illumination source passes through the freeformed lens optic and through an outer cover of the housing. The freeformed lens optic is configured such that light emitted by the illumination source that passes through the freeformed lens optic and through the outer cover provides illumination at an illuminated region. The illumination includes background illumination of the illuminated region. Within the illuminated region, a logo is formed by light emitted by the illumination source that passes through the freeformed lens optic. The logo formed by the freeformed lens optic has a light intensity greater than the light intensity of the background illumination of the illuminated region.

  • Publication number: 20240116442
Abstract: A vehicular exterior rearview mirror assembly includes a mirror head and a mounting base configured to mount the mirror assembly at a side of a vehicle. The mirror head accommodates a reflective element and an indicator module. With the vehicular exterior rearview mirror assembly mounted at the side of the vehicle, and responsive to actuation by a driver of the vehicle of a turn signal input of the plurality of inputs, the indicator module projects a turn signal icon onto the ground proximate the side of the vehicle. With the vehicular exterior rearview mirror assembly mounted at the side of the vehicle, and responsive to another input of the plurality of inputs, the indicator module projects another icon onto the ground proximate the side of the vehicle. The other icon projected onto the ground is a different color than the turn signal icon projected onto the ground.

  • Patent number: 11904762
Abstract: A vehicular exterior rearview mirror assembly includes a mirror reflective element and an illumination module that includes a freeformed lens optic and a circuit board with an illumination source disposed thereat. With the vehicular exterior rearview mirror assembly mounted at a side of a vehicle, light emitted by the illumination source passes through the freeformed lens optic and provides ground lighting that illuminates a ground region located at the side of the vehicle. The ground lighting includes (a) ground illumination of the illuminated ground region and (b) within the ground illumination of the illuminated ground region, a logo formed by the freeformed lens optic. The logo formed by the freeformed lens optic has a light intensity greater than any light intensity of the ground illumination of the illuminated ground region. The illumination module is snap-attached at a portion of the vehicular exterior rearview mirror assembly.
