The antagonists and composition of the disclosure can be administered alone or in combination with other agents useful in the treatment of HIV infection, SIV infection, AIDS, or AIDS-related complex (ARC), including nucleoside, non-nucleoside, and/or reverse transcriptase inhibitors.
