  • Publication number: 20260146170
Abstract: Three-dimensionally printed parts are exposed to different processes enabling the parts or components thereof to be reused. In one example, a 3D printed part is exposed to an absorber extraction process, and the absorber extracted from the 3D printed part is used to form a second-generation fusing agent. In another example, a 3D printed part is divided into smaller pieces and injection molded to form a second-generation 3D object with unexpectedly high mechanical properties.

  • Publication number: 20250162245
Abstract: In example implementations, a method is disclosed. The method includes dispensing a layer of an optically clear build material, dispensing a fusing agent onto a first portion of the layer of the optically clear build material, dispensing an invisible fluorescence compound on a second portion of the layer of the optically clear build material, and applying ultraviolet (UV) light to the layer to fuse the first portion and the second portion of the optically clear build material that received the fusing agent and the invisible fluorescence compound. The invisible fluorescence compound is to print an embedded feature in the layer that is invisible under a first light and visible under a second light.
