  • Publication number: 20260193837
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a bridge for a tree saddle includes forming a bight in a rope that extends between a first rope end and a second rope end. The rope includes a first extent extending between the first rope end and an intermediate extent of the rope and a second extent extending between the second rope end and the intermediate extent. The method further comprises weaving a plurality of strands around the rope between the first and second rope ends and the intermediate extent to form a sheath around the first and second extents and expose the intermediate extent outside of the sheath.

  • Publication number: 20260191185
Abstract: A bridge rope assembly includes a main body having a sheath and a rope that extends from a first rope end to a second rope end. The rope includes a first extent that extends from the first rope end toward the second rope end, an intermediate extent that extends from the first extent toward the second rope end, and a second extent that extends from the intermediate extent to the second rope end. The rope is arranged such that at least a portion of the first extent of the rope extends within an interior volume of the sheath through a first opening, at least a portion of the second extent of the rope extends within the interior volume of the sheath through the first opening alongside the first extent of the rope, and the intermediate extent of the rope forms a bight outside of the sheath.

  • Patent number: 12674356
Abstract: A climbing stick includes first and second steps, a post, and a standoff. First and second outer walls and an inner wall extend the length of the post. The inner wall is between the first and second outer walls. First diagonal walls extend upward and rightward from the first outer wall to the second outer wall. Second diagonal walls extend upward and leftward from the second outer wall to the first outer wall. A first floor portion extends the length of the post between the first outer wall and inner wall. A second floor portion extends the length of the post between the second outer wall and inner wall. The first and second floor portions are interrupted by the first and second diagonal walls. The standoff extends rearward from the first step to a rear wall of the standoff with ridges and valleys arranged in alternating fashion to form teeth.

  • Publication number: 20260000069
Abstract: A platform assembly includes a platform. The platform has an outer perimeter that bounds an interior structure that defines a receiving area. The platform includes an upper surface for supporting feet of a user. The upper surface defines an upper plane of the platform. A post is pivotably coupled with the platform and is operable to pivot between the stowed position, wherein the post is received within the receiving area, and the deployed position. Standoff is pivotably coupled with the post and is operable to pivot relative to the post between the retracted position and the use position. In the stowed position of the post and the retracted position of the standoff, no portion of the standoff and no portion of the post is positioned upward of the upper plane of the platform.
