Specifically, the PCM has the property of being able to be poured into a variety of shapes, sizes and thickness. The resulting customized graft may be used in the treatment of a variety of wounds. The PCM may or may not be decellularized, and may be made of placental disc, umbilical cord, amnion, chorion, and/or intermediate layer.
