A financial product in accordance with the principles of the present invention provides for at least two possible variations. The first is the right and obligation to be short at the high for a specified time period, be it a day, week, month, etc. The second is the right and obligation to be long at the low (or any percent thereof) for a specified time period, be it a day, week or month.
