Abstract: A livestock nursing nipple provides a base portion defining a reservoir neck orifice and having a generally triangular reservoir neck engaging lip, an annular accordion joint structurally interconnects the base portion with an axially extending elongated nipple to absorb deflection forces and deformation forces exerted on the nipple during use, the nipple defining a fluid channel between the base portion and a terminal end defining a fluid outlet.

Abstract: Apparatus for engaging a mechanical component, such as a fastener. The apparatus includes a handle, and an elongated shank with opposing proximal and distal ends. The distal end supports a tool driver. The proximal end is pivotally coupled to a location offset from a midline of the handle to facilitate alignment of the shank along the handle in pivotally opposite extended and shortened positions, respectively. In the extended position, the tool driver projects a first distance beyond a first end of the handle. In the shortened position, the tool driver projects beyond an opposing second end of the handle a second distance less than the first distance.

Abstract: A ligation band made up of a linear length of elastomeric material having first and second ends with connection portions adapted to connect with a tensioning mechanism portion of a ligating band application device. When in place upon a ligating band application device, the two ends are connected to the tensioning portion of the ligating band application device and the loop formed by the interconnection of these two ends upon the application device is tensioned by the tensioning member. The loop, once tensioned, can be held in a desired tensioned state around the body part that is to be removed by placing a grommet, clip or other form of holding device around the tensioned loop.

The ratcheting hand tool may be used in multiple positions and in varying angles for loosening or tightening various fasteners as well as using other tools that may be attached to the tool. The ratcheting Allen wrench includes a first handle and a second handle, a bi-directional ratchet hingedly fastened between the first handle and the second handle, and multiple tools hingedly fastened to the first handle and the second handle that may be easily accessed and foldably stored within the handle when not in use.

Abstract: A drill bit holder which mounts directly on a drill makes drill bits readily accessible to a user. A connector shaft is at one end of the holder for insertion into any type of drill. A casing provides storage for bits that are not in use. Preferably, the casing rotates independently of the shaft providing a user a stabilizing grip for the drill. A bit receiving housing is at the other end of the holder having a bit receiving channel to engage the drill bits. The bit receiving housing can be configured to specifically receive locking bits, non-locking bits or configured to universally receive locking and non-locking bits.

Abstract: An eyes and ears protection device provides a forehead beam supporting a depending goggle-like eyes shield and laterally opposed depending side shields. The lateral portions of the forehead beam pivotally support rearwardly extending temple beams, the rearward portions of which each movably interconnect a rearwardly extending ear beam by a ball and socket joint. The rearward portion of each ear beam movably interconnects an earplug structure by a ball and socket joint. Each earplug structure movably supports an earplug positionable for use in a user's auditory canal and for storage in a cavity or space defined by the ear beam.

Abstract: A light structure releasably interconnects between a battery powered drill and the powering battery to provide a drill light in a first mode and in a second mode releasably interconnects the powering battery therebelow and a handle structure thereabove to serve to as a stand alone light independent of the drill. The light structure pivotally carries a light source for vertically angulated positioning. The handle structure provides a pivotally interconnected L-shaped handle formed by two adjustably pivotally interconnected elongate elements to allow adjustable positioning of the light structure relative to an underlying supporting surface.

Abstract: A tool for removing a canister type oil filter from an engine and containing oil leaked from the filter and the engine block as the filter is removed. The tool provides a cylindrical body, defining an upwardly opening upper wrenching chamber to irrotatably fit over the lower portion of an oil filter to be removed and an oil reservoir therebelow which provides means for manual turning and for attachment of other tools to aid torquing. The inside surface of the wrenching chamber is configured to fit over and irrotatably engage the lower part of particularly configured filters and allows oil to flow toward the lower oil reservoir. A peripherally defined flexible boot extends upwardly and outwardly from the open upper end of the wrenching chamber to catch oil leakage and channel the oil into the oil reservoir.
