  • Patent number: 11566466
Abstract: The acoustic shutter assembly (1) includes at least one window pane (2, 3) arranged in a frame (4). At least one ventilation duct (7) is arranged in the frame between an outer ventilation opening (8) and an inner ventilation opening (9), extending between a first layer of sound absorbing material arranged at an inside (5) and a second layer of sound absorbing material arranged at an outside. A number of acoustic reflectors (12) in the form of plate material are arranged between the first and second layers of sound absorbing material so that the ventilation duct is separated into a number of respective ventilation channels (13) formed between the acoustic reflectors. Each ventilation channel changes direction at least once between the outer ventilation opening and the inner ventilation opening, thereby at least substantially blocking any linear path from the outer ventilation opening to the inner ventilation opening.

  • Publication number: 20220333437
Abstract: A scissor-type guide for guiding extension and retraction of lamellae. The scissor-type guide includes at least two scissor links, each having a first and second scissor members. The guide further includes a first rotational joint formed between the scissor members of each of the scissor links, and two second rotational joints formed between first ends of a first scissor member and a second scissor member of a first scissor link, and respective ones of second ends of a first scissor member and a second scissor member of a neighboring second scissor link. A spring member is formed between the scissor members at a first rotational joint, or between a first scissor member of the first scissor link and the first scissor member of a neighboring second scissor link at a second rotational joint.

  • Publication number: 20220090445
Abstract: The invention relates to a system (1?) for closing an opening (2), the system (1?) comprising a scissor-type guide (20) comprising a fixed first end (20?) and a free, second end (20?); a tilt bracket (70) arranged spaced apart from the first end (20?) at a fixed distance in a first direction (D1) a plurality of lamellae (30), each lamella (30) having an elongate plate shape extending in a second direction (D2) the lamellae (30) being guidable between a retracted position, and an extended position; a conveyor (40) a tilt rail (60) for tilting said lamella (30) between an open state and a closed state; a tilt lever (80) connected to said free, second end (20?) of the scissor-type lamella guide (20), to the tilt rail (60) and to the conveyor (40); wherein the tilt lever (80) comprises a guide member (85); and wherein said system (1?) is configured for bringing the guide member (85) into contact with a curved guide surface (73), whereby the guide member (85) engages the curved guide surface (73) and is trans

  • Publication number: 20210002951
Abstract: A folding shutter having a frame with at least one linear guide rail and a carriage mounted to the linear guide rail so that it can be moved in the first direction extending between a first and a second end of the guide rail, and at least two folding shutter elements where one folding shutter element is attached to the carriage via a first and a second bracket part attached to the carriage, so that the first and the second shutter element folds when the carriage moves away from the first end of the guide rail, and wherein each of a first and a second peg is arranged on one bracket part, and extending into engagement with a first and a second slot respectively arranged on the other bracket part.

  • Publication number: 20200340298
Abstract: The present invention relates to a lamella blind system comprising at least one lamella element having: a screen body made of a membrane material; a first rotatable mount with a first clamp engaging a first end of the screen body; and a second rotatable mount with a second clamp engaging a second end of the screen body; wherein the screen body is clamped between the first and second rotatable mounts; wherein the screen body is loaded with a pre-determined tension applied in an axial direction parallel to the axis of rotation; and wherein the lamella element is rotatable about an axis of rotation defined by the first and second rotatable mounts; a first support structure supporting the first rotatable mount; a second support structure supporting the second rotatable mount; and a drive mechanism for controlling the rotational position of the at least one lamella element, wherein the drive mechanism is a single-ended drive mechanism acting on only one of the first and second rotatable mounts of the at least one
