Abstract: Disclosed is a wearable blanket having arm extensions, a hooded region and a body structure that forms a wearable outerwear blanket for cold and wet conditions. The blanket comprises an outer layer and an inner layer, wherein the outer layer comprises a waterproof and wind-breaking covering that is adapted to prevent water and wind penetration. The inner layer is a padded, insulative layer that is adapted to keep the user beneath the blanket warm and shielded from the cold. The garment is adapted to act as a wearable blanket and shroud that is particularly useful in harsh outdoor environments, particularly camping outings and sporting events in foul weather conditions. The edges of the blanket form together in front of the user and are securable to envelope the midsection and legs of a user within the interior of the garment, while the hood further shrouds the head of the user.
