    Abstract: A sound isolating ventilation panel is provided. The panel includes: a core assembly having a plurality of horizontal channels; a pair of cartridges having hollow centers and flanking both sides of the core assembly; and a pair of hollow sides flanking the pair of cartridges. Each of the cartridges has a proximally facing side having a plurality of air channel side apertures and a distally facing side comprising a plurality of sound resonator side apertures. A vertically oriented ventilation groove is formed through a front face of a first one of the cartridges and a vertically oriented ventilation groove is formed through a back face of the second one of the cartridges. The ventilation grooves, the hollow centers, the air channel side apertures and the horizontal channels together partially define Z-shaped air channels. The sound resonator side apertures and the hollow sides partially define a plurality of resonators.

    Abstract: Aspects of a storage device including a memory and a controller are provided. The controller may measure an error rate of one or more blocks of the memory. In certain aspects, the controller may also estimate, based at least in part on the error rate, a time shift indicative of a duration of time for which the storage device was powered off. In some examples, the controller may also set a read level for multiple blocks of the memory, wherein the read level is determined based at least in part on the time shift.

    Abstract: Various embodiments for analyzing flight data using predictive models are described herein. In various embodiments, a quadratic least squares model is applied to a matrix of time-series flight parameter data for a flight, thereby deriving a mathematical signature for each flight parameter of each flight in a set of data including a plurality of sensor readings corresponding to time-series flight parameters of a plurality of flights. The derived mathematical signatures are aggregated into a dataset. A similarity between each pair of flights within the plurality of flights is measured by calculating a distance metric between the mathematical signatures of each pair of flights within the dataset, and the measured similarities are combined with the dataset. A machine-learning algorithm is applied to the dataset, thereby identifying, without predefined thresholds, clusters of outliers within the dataset by using a unified distance matrix.

The arthrodesis implant may include an extramedullary proximal anchor including a first member having a fastener-receiving passageway therethrough to receive a fastener to anchor the first member to an extramedullary portion of a proximal bone of the finger joint of the hand of the patient. The arthrodesis implant may also include an intramedullary distal anchor having a second member for being anchored within an intramedullary portion of a distal bone of the finger joint of the hand of the patient, and a coupling for securing the first and second members together.
