  • Patent number: 11851863
Abstract: A loose hair capture or entrapment device designed to be especially effective in showers is disclosed. The device easily and safely captures and retains loose hair, which can be later readily removed and disposed. The device is meant to provide a means for preventing loose hair from falling into and clogging shower and tub drains. The device has a plurality of substantially opposing flexible pillars with a space or gap separating the opposing pillar ends. The plurality of opposing pillars may be tilted or angled in one direction such that by swiping one's hand or finger in a direction opposite to the pillar tilt reduces the gap dimension and tends to trap loose hair, while swiping one's hand in the direction of the pillar tilt increase the gap dimension and allows the loose hair to be removed for proper disposal.

  • Publication number: 20230037561
Abstract: A blanket having a plurality of perimeter weight pockets that automatically allow any pocket weight material to fall out of the weight pockets upon disassembly of the blanket, is disclosed. The blanket pockets are formed with a pocket opening facing towards the perimeter of the blanket, and having a pocket closing flap that is releasably held in place over the pocket opening by a releasable retaining means. Examples of such retaining means may be magnets, hook and loop textile material, snaps, and buttons and elastic material. The retaining force of the retaining means is set to be approximately less than the gravitational force of the pocket weight material held in the pocket, such that when the blanket is lift, the pocket weight material forces open the pocket closing flap, and allowing the pocket weight material to automatically fall out of each perimeter weight pocket.

  • Publication number: 20190185112
Abstract: A camera buoy defining a pentahedral body holds a camera in position to view a lure trailing the buoy. The buoy has a leader attached at two points, with preference for one given to an attachment bolt joining the camera and the buoy and having two eyelets for attachment to a main line and a lure line. An elastic band may interface with the second attachment point and further secure the camera. A sinker may be attached to a weaker lure line to sink the buoy and allow retrieval if the weaker line breaks. The buoy may be used with or without a lure.
